Join us for Watford Writers’ Inaugural Flash Critique Night
Whether you consider yourself a novice finding your voice, or an accomplished author with several full-length novels under your belt, YOU have something to offer your fellow writers. What better way to help each other improve as writers than by giving and receiving honest feedback?
What will happen on the night?
Writers will read each other’s work, then take turns offering and receiving constructive feedback in 15 minute “mini-critique sessions.”
What to bring on the evening:
- You are invited to bring any (original) flash fiction story. You may write something new or bring a piece you’ve previously shared or entered into a competition. WORD COUNT LIMIT: 500 words.
- Please bring six (6) copies of your story. If you don’t have a printer at home, please send your story to sumiwatters@gmail.com (She will bring copies on the night.)
*As this “event” requires a bit of pre-planning, please confirm attendance with Sumi before the evening.
